By promoting student exchanges and dual degree program agreements, we hope that many Kainan students would have the opportunity to study abroad. Our goal is to transform Kainan University into an international campus that offers a world-class education.

Students are required to take courses in public service and community service. We want to nurture good moral character in our students and foster their spirit of public and community service through learning by participation.
All new students must take internship courses. Kainan places a great importance on the competitiveness of its graduates and has signed cooperation agreements with well-known companies to provide our students internship courses, summer internships, and employment opportunities at job fairs.
Students are encouraged to acquire professional certifications and licenses. Since international certifications are indispensable in the job market; Kainan has also become the Taoyuan testing center for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
Kainan has set up a Career Center to assist our students in job placement. This is a digital platform provided by Kainan for companies to post job vacancies and is an excellent channel for students to find part-time jobs. In addition to posting job vacancies, students can also upload their résumés for companies to find suitable talents and facilitate job match. We hope to enhance our students’ work experience to give them an edge in the job market.
Students can record their learning history on the E-portfolio platform. Students can post complete learning information, including participation in clubs and in any school activity. This serves as an official record for future employment needs.
Kainan has created a digital campus with advanced technology such as automatic roll-call system, computer labs, digital classroom, computer graphics lab, language tutorial classrooms, large flat-panel displays computer hot spots, wireless LAN on campus, and gigabit bandwidth. Our classrooms are state-of-the-art teaching facilities, and our goal is to allow our students and faculties to stay connected at all time.
